Free weights and adjustable benches are also available. The cardio equipment includes treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes and stair steppers. Four tennis courts are available for both day and night play. Enjoy a casual game with friends or take part in the weekly singles and doubles tournaments. A Kidz Club, open to children from 3 to 12 years of age will engage your child in garden walks and lizard hunts, dance lessons, ball games and many different board games, movies, arts and crafts, and Caribbean Story Time. T-times can be arranged for you at two of the island’s Championship Golf Clubs. The Jolly Harbour Golf Club, located just next door has a private par 71, 18 hole championship course designed by Karl Litton of Florida. The Cedar Valley golf Club, a 15 minute taxi ride from The Suites at Jolly Beach, has a par 70 course, 18 hole championship golf course.
