What is Interval ownership?
Jolly Beach Vacations offers Interval ownership of its Suites as opposed to outright purchase. With the Interval ownership, you have the right of use of your Suite annually for the next 45 years, for a specific week(s).
What is a week?
This is the use of seven consecutive nights beginning on the Saturday. The calendar of weeks changes annually, as week one starts on the first Saturday in January.
Can I exchange my week(s) for another week(s)?
With the Jolly Beach Vacations Programme you can exchange your week(s) with us for another period.
Can I break up my week(s) and take two separate vacations?
Yes you can! Jolly Beach Vacations offers the flexibility of split weeks. You can use your one week over a period of two weekends in one same year.
What happens if I am unable to use my week one year?
We will bank your week(s) for future usage with Interval International, if it is not being used in the current year. However those banked weeks must be used within two years of the date of banking.
How is my ownership legally guaranteed?
Your ownership is governed by the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda under CAP.427 of The Timesharing (Licensing and Control) Regulations Act. You will receive a deed for your membership.
